1 - Earn with Referrals

You can find your referral link in the earn tab and share it with your friends.

What helps the project is genuine referrals. Show your family and friends how they can easily receive stablecoins to their WhatsApp numbers, their Instagram names, Google emails, etc.

🚨 If you refer fake accounts or engage in other non-human behaviours, you can be excluded from the reward distribution.

2 - Earn with Posts on X

You can earn points for quality posts about HandlPay on X. Every post will be assessed by a scoring system and points will be awarded if you pass. You will know if HandlPay likes your post. 🧡

Rules & Guidelines:

💡 X account must be active, older than 2 months, with at least 30 followers. Can’t only have Handl related posts. Posts from an obvious shilling account will be rejected.

💡 Your X account must follow @handlpay

💡 Post must be about how you are/have used the HandlPay product (can be a story, user feedback, an explanation of a usecase, etc).

💡 Posts can only be submitted once every 24 hours. 💡 Post must tag @handlpay

🚨 No mention of the rewards program or earning of $CC

🚨 No use of hashtags, bots, or plagiarism

3 - Earn with Reels on Instagram

You can earn points for quality Reels about HandlPay on Instagram. Every Reel will be assessed by a scoring system and points will be awarded if you pass. You will know if HandlPay likes your post. 🧡

4 - Receive a payment

The objective is to start receiving payments with your social handle, your WhatsApp numbers, etc. You can share your payments link (button next to your profile image) with your customers, business partners, friends, and beyond.

4 - I referred someone else, but I didn't receive points

Possible reasons why you didn't get points for referrals:

1. The person you referred has not yet signed up and entered your reward claim code.

2. The person you referred has already entered another reward claim code before

3. You didn't have a canton wallet address attached at the time when your referral code was entered

4. You didnt have enough HANDL at the time your referral code was entered (require at least 1,000 HANDL)

5 - Why didn’t I receive points for my payment transfers?

Possible reasons why you don’t get points for your INCOMING payment:

1. The payment has been sent directly to your address and not via the HandlPay app

2. You don’t have canton address attached

3. You don't hold enough HANDL (require at least 2,000 HANDL at the time the payment is processed)

4. There have not been enough block confirmations (takes about 20 mins for points to be credited; the status on the payment confirmation screen needs to change from “Pending” to “Delivered”)

6 - How do points work?

You can earn points for activities which meaningfully contribute to the product and the ecosystem. You will see the different acitivites on the HandlPay dashboard in the rewards tab (available once you attach a Canton Network address).

Each round, you have 72 hours to collect points. These Points reset after the round ends at midnight UTC. You get your rewards the next day (distribution starts in the afternoon UTC time).

At the end of each round, the % share of points you have from the total pool provides the baseline for your $CC reward. The $CC reward pool is determined once the round has completed, and your % share in the points pool will become your % share of the $CC rewards pool.

You need to hold at least 2,000 $HANDL in order to get points and earn $CC.

7 - I didn’t receive my reward distribution yet

Every round finishes at 24:00 UTC and points reset. The reward distribution starts the following day in the afternoon UTC. We share a distribution announcement in Telegram once it has started. Please read it carefully to stay on top of important changes.

Note:

• If there are obvious non-human activities, you may be removed from the distribution. The objective is to reward people who meaningfully contribute to the project and the ecosystem.

• If you attached a canton wallet address requiring a memo (e.g. CEX deposit address), you will not receive rewards.

• Hold at least 2,000 HANDL. The system checks your balance AFTER the round has ended and while preparing the distribution. If you swap back to USDC before the distribution, your address may be excluded. Also read this: https://t.me/handlpay/156147

• Make sure you have “auto-accept” enabled in your canton wallet address. Otherwise the rewards wont be coming in.

If you still think you should have received a reward and didn't, reach out to [e-mail] with the following:

• Share your User ID (you find it in your payment link after the last “/“)

• Share your Polygon address

• Proof that you had always 2,000 HANDL balance after the respectie round ended and until the distribution completed. (you can send proof by calculating the balance of HANDL from Polygonscan)

• If any of the above is missing, expect a delay in response.

8 - How do I check if my HANDL balance was 0 during during a certain time?

In order to receive reward distributions, you need to hold at least 2,000 HANDL once the round finishes and until the distribution result is announced.

While the system prepares the distribution details, it check your HANDL balance. If it is 0 during the check, your address will be excluded from the distribution (commonly happens to people who swap HANDL <> USDC back and forth).

Check that you never had 0 balance:

1. Go to polygonscan.com and search your wallet address.

2. Scroll to Token Holdings → ERC-20 → HANDL.

3. Scroll down to the $HANDL transaction list.

4. Each transaction shows a timestamp (“Age”).

5. Start from the earliest transaction and add/subtract amounts:

   → Incoming = add → Outgoing = subtract

The running total after each transaction is your $HANDL balance at that point in time.

If you see 0 balance during the window you are inquiring, your address has been excluded.

9 - Can I switch my wallet to another Canton wallet on my Handl account? Will the rewards be added to the new wallet I just switched to?

Yes you can change the Canton wallet address anytime during the round. The rewards will be sent to the wallet connected to your account when the round ends and when preparing distribution (same time when system checks your $HANDL balance).

10 - My balance seems inaccurate? or I sent/received funds and we don't see them?

1. Look at Polygonscan and verify the transaction went to the correct wallet and has at least 200 block confirmations.

2. If balance doesn’t reflect, try these steps:

a) click 3 dots next to USDC -> disconnect

b) restore default wallet

If nothing has helped, write to support with your social media name/email you signed up with on HandlPay. Also paste your transaction hash.

Account Suspension Questions:

11 - My account was suspended. When will you unsuspend me?

If you do get flagged for suspicious activities, write to [e-mail]. Your account will be unblocked within 24 hours or more. If you get flagged again, the unblock time increases. HandlPay is not a gaming app. Accounts who are perceived to be farming will be suspended. You will get access to your funds when the suspension lifts.

12 - What is the maximum amount of transactions permitted?

There is no set maximum amount of transactions permitted for the rewards program or to use the app. Rule of thumb: behave like a human (no one gets 100s of payments in a day).

HandlPay is not a gaming app. Accounts who are perceived to be farming the rewards program will be suspended. If you are concerned about your funds we suggest you attach a self custodial wallet like Metmask.

13- What happens to the points I earned before the suspension?

If you have been suspended, your points are still there and will count for the distribution. If you get blacklisted, you will be excluded from the next distribution.

14 - How do I get a Canton Network address?

You can sign up with any of the Canton ecosystem wallets or create a new one within HandlPay.

15 - Can I connect my exchange deposit address?

No - unless it is an exchange deposit without a memo feed. $CC distribution will be rejected if the Canton address requires a memo feed to receive transactions (typically for CEXes).

16 - How can I buy $HANDL?

1. Go to your dashboard & click on the 3 dots next to the HANDL position (at the bottom)

2. 2. A pop up appears where you can swipe $USDC for $HANDL. Only available for Polygon for now (Support for Base will come in Phase 2).

You can buy HANDL for $0.01 per token. You can also sell it back at the same price anytime. Listing will be in Phase 2. You need to hold $HANDL to earn rewards.
